The Cove
The Cove is home to the only staircase on Bull Shoals that goes all the way down to the water, actually all the way to the bottom of the lake., There you will find one of our brand new docks, floating, not at the bottom of the lake, so no matter how low the water falls you can get to your slip. We provide free slippage in six covered 16 wide x30 x14 feet high waterside opening slips and we can bring hi-octane no ethanol fuel dock-side solely for our guests. We do have electric to one dock for your needs. There are two boat launches, one at the end of each of our roads, and both are maintained and graveled for smaller boats. A large concrete launch is 4 miles away over newly paved road and can accommodate anything you can trailer. We trailered a 42x12w x 15 high foot steel hulled houseboat there on a semi and had no problem launching..
On the other side of The Cove you have The Point which is currently undergoing its remodel. However you will have access to our other brand new dock there with four covered 12x24 slips and you can literally drive right to your boat on our maintained road as well as leave your boat safely there as we can see it from our house. We have had virtually no problems in this area with theft but we strongly advise you follow common sense about what you leave on the water because we have no control over comings and goings on the lake but much control of the dirt roads. The resorts sit across our cove from one another and you can swim the 350 feet between our docks. On the road it is about 1/3 mile from one to the other and the store and restaurant are a little over a mile from either resort.

The View
Restaurant & Catering
The View, our restaurant, will cater to your dining needs at your unit or go sit, dine and see almost forever. Please let us know as far as possible in advance if you need us to cater for you. We have catered for up to 300 or just a romantic two. Our prices are very competitive and if you aren't happy with the food you would be the first. We always try to upgrade your unit if we can during your visit at no additional charge. We have had a lot of couples staying in our largest unit while being billed for a smaller one. Every unit has all the linens and kitchen gear you need or you can ask for what you don't see. We can provide large cooking pots etc, irons and boards and just about anything else, just ask. We have a complimentary on-site laundry for your use and will provide linen changes and towels as needed. We are green conscious so please try to be careful with water and lights we try as well.
