This is rather lengthy but provides a summary of what we provide during your visit.  Concierge service, if we don't have it we get it and there is no upcharge.  We don't want you to spend half a day driving to get anything, we do that.  We have for your use at no charge kayaks, canoes, propane grills w/propane, charcoal grills, firewood, loaner snorkeling gear and over 500 DVD's for when the weather proves too much or the kids need to be occupied. Our store, "THE STORE" and our restaurant, "THE VIEW",  serves both our community and our guests and has all your needs and then some.  Ice, charcoal, scuba air and gear, fishing supplies and bait, drinks, groceries, hygiene products and most everything you might need can be found as well as lots of unique items. Adjoining  "THE STORE" you will find our restaurant, "THE VIEW", which can provide breakfast lunch and dinner either while enjoying the 80 mile view of the lake that stretches all the way to Oklahoma.   THE VIEW has indoor and outdoor seating or we will gladly bring your order to your unit.  We would be happy to prepare lunches packed for a day on the lake for just you or cater to ANY size group with a huge selection of cuisine options.  Again just ask.  Each unit is fully equipped with all linens, housekeeping supplies, cookware, coffee-makers and filters, toasters, microwaves, flat screens, DVD players.  If you have need of larger cookware or an iron or anything, just ask.  All units, except #1, are connected by a handicap accessible 1,500 sf deck overlooking the lake and a great place from which to watch our resident deer herd or the tremendous population of birds.  #7 is our handicap accessible unit and features a roll-in shower. All of our units have been recently (2017-still ongoing) remodeled to reflect todays standards while retaining yesterdays nostalgia. From each unit the lake can be seen as well as the dock.  The new dock (2019) has  6-16'x30' covered slips, a fish cleaning station and solar lighting.  A great place to watch the sunset over the lake or swim the day away. Our other dock(2020) allows you to drive right to it and is located on the other side of the cove should the staircase be too much, like when the water is  really low.  This staircase, which goes all the way to the bottom of the lake, and our four smaller units were constructed by the Corps of Engineers when they were building the dam for their employees to stay in.   At the top of the staircase you will find a large concrete deck with a propane grill a two burner cooker and plenty of seating and tables where you can watch the kids play in our shaded kids area or watch the horseshoes and bean bag toss going on.  When it gets dark you have a fire-pit there and we provide complimentary wood for your enjoyment.  Save us a Smore though!  We can deliver gas dockside and will gladly fuel your boat and help you with launch and retrieval should you need.  We are secluded and quiet except for the Fourth of July when you can sit on the dock and watch a very large fireworks show right there as well as the rest of them, like from the dam.  Again you don't have to go anywhere if you don't want to.  We can arrange side trips like trout fishing on our world famous rivers just a short drive away, horseback riding, lake guided fishing on both lakes and just about anything else you want.  Again just ask.
